No anti-trafficking education for F-1 students

During the visa application process, the State Department apparently does not inform F-1 students about their legal rights in the U.S.  The State Department developed an anti-trafficking brochure to educate temporary nonimmigrant workers, but it refers only to certain visa categories, to wit, A-3, G-5, B-1, J-1, H-1B, H-2A and H-2B workers. F-1 students who may work are not included.
