F-1 Off-Campus Employment Due to Severe Economic Hardship

School may recommend the student for work off-campus for one-year intervals by certifying that:
Student has been in F-1 status for one full academic year
Student is in good standing and carrying a full course load
Acceptance of employment will not interfere with the student's full course load
Off-campus employment is necessary to avoid severe economic hardship
Hardship due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the student's control
On-campus employment is either unavailable or insufficient to meet the student's needs
